My name is James Whitfield.29 years old, I am incarcerated in Federal Prison for the past 8 years. I have a story to tell and a petition to sign. I have not seen my children in 8 years, nor my family, I have not seen my wife in 5 years. My story in interesting and hopefully it will give you something to think about, not only for me, but for a loved one that you may have incarcerated.

It has been 66 weeks since my site has been up, has anyone considered what I've said, has anyone taken the time to investigate what I have said or any of your own loved one's cases. I have been locked in Federal Prison for 10 years now as of this date 11-2006, consider this website was put up 66 weeks ago. Do we care that men, are being put in locked cages because they have family or know of someone who is doing wrong? Help me to figure out what is going on in the American People's minds. Don't judge me by my race, education, religion, judge me as a man, who needs to be heard.

PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT
What the Justice Department is overlooking in their investigation of the former U.S. Prosecutor, Richard Convertino, is his previous ruthless on-going violations of the Rule of Law and his obligations to the justice system.
Convertino has been concocting evidence for many years. There are people in prison who are totally familiar with the manner in which he railroaded them. A thorough investigation is required because there is a distinct pattern of deliberate misconduct in sham criminal proceedings to advance Convertino’s career ambitions. Numerous defendants were deprived of discoverable evidence when they were convicted by fabricated and deliberately misrepresented records and testimony.

I've done my time and all that has been required of me to do. Any appeals I have put in motion have been denied. Take time to read up on this prosecutor and ask yourself would you want one of your loved ones prosecuted by him.
